I smiled, said thank you, and neither said anything back or give a smile, wave, nothing. At least try to "fake the funk" if you are going to be a front-facing customer service employee. I'm sorry that you are having a rough day, but i am trying to help lighten it by being a gracious customer. Too bad i LOVE your quesadillas. The people today sucked.
